When running a Call Recording search, the search query is failing with a The operation has timed out error. This occurs on a Call Recording search that you have run in the past without issue.
If you are experiencing timeouts when running a Call Recording search, please open a Volt Delta UK Support Ticket with the following details:
- If you run the query multiple times, does it sometimes return the search results?
Call Recording Searches run by customers are load-balanced in a round-robin fashion on the CIS servers in the Acton and Slough datacenters. To check if the database servers are experiencing high load or performance issues, please follow the instructions in the Checking the Database Load on the CIS Servers article.
If one or both of the CIS Database servers is experiencing high load which is resulting in the Call Recording searches failing due to a time, please open a SaaS Incident as described in the Volt Delta UK Routing Table and provide all of the details of your investigation.
