You notice that multiple emails are stuck in Pending Send status and not being received by operators.
When multiple emails to be sent are in Pending Send status that is a symptom of a possible issue with our Email service. Please raise a ticket to our Support Team to have our Infrastructure Team involved in fixing the underlying issue.
Emails are sent using AWS SES (Simple Email Service). As such, to troubleshoot the issue please contact SaaS Team as per the Routing Table.
Once our Support Team confirms that the issue has been solved, the Pending Status should get updated and emails should be sent.
