Overview
You have agents who now have different IP addresses (eg. moved to a new office) than those previously configured to connect Volt Delta UK. You need those agents to connect and require these new IP addresses added to the Volt Delta UK firewall.
Solution
To have the new agent IP addresses added to the Volt Delta UK firewall, please open a Volt Delta UK support ticket with the following details:
- Source IP Addresses or Address Ranges of your agents
- Destination IP Address that they will need to access
- Destination URL that they use to access Volt Delta UK
- The protocol that will be used: HTTP, HTTPS or both
Once the Volt Delta UK SaaS Ops team has added the requested IP addresses to the Volt Delta UK firewall, your agents will be able to access Volt Delta UK using their new IP addresses.
