Overview
You notice that Call History is not loading on SmartStation. Also, Parked incidents might not be presented.
Solution
This might be a sign of a connectivity issue between the CRM UI and its database. Please contact our Support Team so they can involve the Infrastructure Team to have this verified and fixed.

There are known cases when this symptom was because of connectivity issues between the CRM UI and its database due to the principal (active) database being down and manual failover to the mirror database was needed.
Verify CRM database availability. If there are issues with the SQL Server or the database, escalate to SaaS Team as per the Routing Table.

Testing
Once our Support Team confirms the issue has been solved the Call History should be loading correctly.
