Overview
You have added new starters or users to the Oasis Management Portal but these users are not showing up in the dashboard and call recording screen even though they are logged in a taking calls. This makes it difficult for your team to manage these new users.
Solution
If you are experiencing an issue with your newly added users not showing up in the Dashboard or the Call Recording screens even though they are working, please open a Volt Delta UK support ticket with the following details for the users experiencing this issue:
- The user's name
- The user's username
- The date that these users were added

This issue will require an analysis of the user data that was committed to the database to determine what user data is missing. To have this resolved for the customer please open a SaaS Incident ticket as described in the Volt Delta UK Routing Table article to have SaaS Ops examine the users in the database.
