When you try to complete a survey after a successful login, you may receive the following message: "An error has occurred while connecting to the server! Please click OK to reset the survey or click Cancel to try again."
The issue might be caused because the firewall in your company is blocking the survey URL. Contact your IT team and ask them to revise current blocks and whitelist the survey's URL.
If that does not solve the issue, please create a support ticket and provide:
- The survey URL
- The user that is facing the issue
- A screenshot of what you see
The support team will analyze and get back to you as soon as possible.
