Statistic files are being generated correctly in the Traffic nodes and collected correctly by the MGR/STV, so you can check if they are being processed correctly by the MGR/STV.

When the files are being generated correctly in the Traffic nodes and collected correctly by the MGR/STV, you can check if they are being processed correctly by the OAM node.

To do this, you can check the folder /var/TextPass/STV/collector/data/ in the MGR/STV, which is the folder where the collected files are moved to. This folder should be normally empty, as shortly after the collected files are transferred to this folder, they are imported to the STV database and removed from this folder. You may also monitor this folder for 5 or 10 minutes, and you may see stats files showing every 5 mins.

It's important to remark that finding files within this folder is an undeniable symptom of something is not working correctly. 

if this is the case, make sure you contact support as there might be issues related to the statistic collection.
