Overview
You might face an issue where the Web Browsing Hit Ratio is always 0% even when you're having traffic.
Solution
The Web Browsing Hit Ratio graphs might not be working because of a bug with the web cache feature.
This is a known bug that was resolved in the latest versions of the ISO.
It is recommended to reinstall the system with new released ISO i.e. (7.0.10). Then, upgrade the system to version 7.0.11.
To upgrade the system, you'll need a 4 hours Maintenance Window and you'll need to insert at least a 16 GB USB drive to the server. Once you have these things ready, you can contact support and ask them for the reinstallation of the system with the new ISO and upgrading.

For installation/upgrade, upload new released ISO on the customer's host. After that, prepare the installation media to the USB drive that the customer has inserted into the server. Note and let the customer know that the USB drive will require formatting.
