Users cannot upload content to a PeerApp Cache storage, as its design complies with DMCA (THE Digital Millennium Copyright Act).
Once the subscriber downloads content from the source, it will be served from the cache generally on the third request. PeerApp Cache storage is a transparent cache, and it cannot be a source of content. It serves the content only when the original source of the content is available from the content provider.
