Alert: license cache out enforcement started

Issue

There is a bunch of alerts being generated:

CTE 10.121.151.46 alert: 
Mar 21 18:09:43 ce-1 license cache out enforcement started 
Mar 21 18:09:43 ce-1 license cache out enforcement started 
Mar 21 04:03:51 ce-1 license cache out almost exceeded 
Mar 21 04:03:51 ce-1 license cache out almost exceeded 
[...]

This is caused by random traffic spikes that cause the system to enforce the license limit.

Issue Clarification

 The system is running as it should and even though it creates critical warnings about license enforcement when the average bandwidth is 60% of the licensed amount, the behavior is normal and expected.

To verify average bandwidth, check on license view graphs
