Overview
You might come across an issue with PeerApp Ultraband where all your caching systems get hanged.
Information
While caching engines being down can have different reasons, but if multiple CacheEngines have issues with the iscsi connection and get hanged and go down together as shown in the picture below, the issue could be with the storage batteries.
If such a thing happens, make sure to have a look at your storage and see if it requires a battery replacement. See the following image;
Replace the batteries if that is required and contact PeerApp support for the system to be restored.
If this isn't the reason causing your systems to be hanged, contact PeerApp support providing the necessary information to get your issue resolved.
